Obituary of Robert H. Skoglund

50, born 6/24/1956 in Lakeport, CA and passed away 2/28/2007 in University Place, WA surrounded by his loving family. Bob was very proud of his distinguished 31 year career with The Department of Defense where he retired as a Deputy Director of Lifting and Handling at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. At his retirement, Bob received the highest award bestowed upon a civilian, the “Meritorious Civilian Service Award and Medal”. He will be missed by all who knew him. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Laura; 3 daughters, Jennifer Skoglund, Michelle Skoglund, Heather (James) Sande; numerous extended family members and friends.
