Obituary of George John Tryfon

George was born January 27, 1941 in Tacoma, and fell asleep in the Lord on November 1, 2010. He is survived by his wife Sally, of University Place; his mother Martha Tryfon and sister Joann Tryfon; his daughter Sandra Ciarochi (Tony) of Browns Point; son Jon Tryfon (Joellyn) of Covington; son Tod Tryfon of Tacoma; grandchildren Nichole Tryfon of Northeast Tacoma; Alexandra Ciarochi of Browns Point, Kristina and Ashley Tryfon of Graham and one great-grandchild, Emma Houseman. George attended Franklin, Jason Lee, Stadium High School, and Bates Technical College. George owned and operated the Razor’s Edge Barber Shop in the 26th and Procter district until his retirement. An Open-House celebration of his life will be held from 2:00-6:00pm on November 20th, at UP Station, 8305 27th St. W, University Place, WA 98466 Donation may be sent to: American Heart Association or Franciscan Health System
