Great Grandma was a caring and loving person, who shared her love with family and friends. I will miss the long summer vacations spent at your house, your birthday cards, special bread, and the bowl of M&M's. There is one special thing I will never forget about you, you always made me feel happy!

Sandy...we just got home from being away for 3 days. We're so sorry to know that your Mom is gone. I thought she was doing pretty well this last trip out before this. And will there be services for her? I almost missed seeing the notice in looking through the papers, but glad I checked. What a fine character she was, and your obit for her was lovingly written. Take care, all of you, and when you have time, give me a call. Thanks. Joan and Gerry

It's been an honor to have known your mother, grandma and family member. We've had her just accross the street for over 41 years, through the 'growing up years' of our children and grand children. Watching her age with such independence and grace has been an inspiration. We'll miss her quiet presense, her gentle spirit and kind soul. With our sincere sympathy, Tom and Sharon Lizotte and Family

I loved my Aunt Loretta, she was all we had left of my mothers family and everyone dearly loved her - she was known for remembering everyone's birthday and we who all loved her helped celebrate every birthday with her that we could. I will miss her very much but she is now in a much better place shinning in all her glory with all her sisters and brothers and Uncle Rummy and my sweet daughter Tanya. Shine on Aunt Loretta. Love you Sharon Hadsall

Aunt Loretta, you will be forever missed. We will miss your birthday parties and when you came and spend the night before going to Chicago for Christmas each year. And then us picking you up when you returned in Jan. We will miss your funny little quirks when it came to breakfast with us:: 2 Soda crackers, with VERY little butter, half a donut and as you would tell Larry the best cup of coffee you had. We love taking you out for Chinese food, and remember it had to be a place that served Fried Rice with Ham. Auntie, you were one of a kind. You are now with Uncle Rummy, Your siblings ( including my mom & dad) and Grandma and Grandpa. We loved you and will miss you very much. Carole & Larry

Loretta loved to go to the local Asian restaurant, Monsing's, aka 'Chinaman's' (fried rice hold the onion, egg, sprouts, and everything else but the ham). One day as we entered the lobby, I looked out the window and saw that there was a huge apartment fire across the street complete with fire fighters hacking holes in the roof with axes. Smoke and flames everywhere. I was pretty excited and pointed it out to her, 'Look, Loretta, there's a fire across the street!' She glanced out the window briefly, and said, 'Yeah, but where's the waitress?! I want to eat!'
