Dad, I am going to miss you. You were there during my down times after mom passed away and our relationship grew stronger because of that. I am glad we were able to mend fences and have a closer relationship. You were there with support during down times when Ron was deployed or TDY and you were there for your granddaughters. The girls are going to miss their Papa. We talk about you and I try to remind everyone to remember the happy memories. They took it hard, but are begining to accept your passing. Emily had the sweetest dream that you and mom were dancing together in heaven. I know you are up there with mom looking down on us. Jr. is doing ok. He is adjusting to living in Georgia. We take it one day at a time. The dog is starting to accept him, to a point. But I will make sure he is taken care of like I promised. We all are going to miss you. I listened to the Friday Night Net on your Ham Radio and there were many condolences from your Ham Radio friends and they were a great help getting your tower down. Your neighbors were also great support during the time I was up in Washington. You are surely going to be missed by many people. I miss you dad and I pray that I will see you again up in heaven.

I had not seen my Uncle Hugh in many years, yet we talked over the computer. My family has lost yet again a loved one. Rest in Peace Uncle Hugh.

I have known Hugh for almost 20 years. We met on CB radio and migrated to amateur radio shortly thereafter. He helped get my first amateur radio working. Hugh was a regular check in to the W2USA Friday Nite Net that I host. He was quick to offer what he had, or friendly advice, or just pass the time talking about anything that might be of interest. There is a void in the airwaves now. Rest in peace, my friend. You are truly missed.

It is sad for me never to have had the chance to meet Hugh in person, though we were in contact. He was my first cousin. I extend my sincere condolances to the family and friends I still hope to meet and know.

I just noticed I missed some loved ones who preceeded my father in death, it was an absent minded mistake. My father was also preceeded in death by Ian Waugh, his nephew; George T. Waugh his brother-in-law, Dianne Waugh Roth his sister-in-law; George D. Waugh, his father-in-law; and Margaret Faye Abell Waugh, his mother-in-law, all of Canada. Sorry about the error mom & dad. I love you both and miss you so much. Just so much to do and so little time.
