Obituary of Laura Hewitt

“Nana” Born 5/23/1930 in Lakewood, WA to Edward and Ellen (Nelson) Ellison and passed away 4/10/2010 with her family by her side. Laura was a lifelong resident of Lakewood, WA. She graduated from Clover Park HS and attended UPS. She enjoyed sports, gardening, and most of all, spending time with her family. Laura is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Vaeth; 2 sons, Vaeth Jr. (Marie), Dennis (Michelle); 2 daughters, Heidi (Dave) Pear, Ellen Hewitt; 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Robert Ellison. Private interment will take place at Mountain View Cemetery at a later date. The family would like to send out a special thanks to the staff of Hearthside Manor for their support of our family and the incredible care they provided our mother.
