On behalf of all the Hewitt girls, we will always remember Nana as an amazing grandmother. She had no problem with squeezing into the play house, collecting ants for ant stew, or taking the blame for putting soap bubbles in the fountain. She will always be missed and always be treasured. We love you, Nana!

Dear Vaeth, Dennis, Ellen & family, I know from recent experience something of how great your loss is. Thanksfully it is tempered by a hope that is stronger than death... 'so shall we be with the Lord forever.' Please be assured that I will keep you all in my prayers. - Pastor Jim Kennington

Dear Vaeth, Heidi, 'JV', Ellen and Dennis, I'm writing this with tears in my eyes as I remember Laura so many years ago when Heidi and I were barely in our teens. Laura was the youngest of our moms, very pretty and vivacious. Talking and laughing with her in her kitchen is a warm memory I will never forget. I can still hear her voice as she declared that Heidi could eat a horse and never get fat(which turned out to be true)! My heart goes out to you and to her children-in-law and her grandkids. May time, love and sweet memories give you peace.

Dennis & Ellen: I am so sorry to hear about your mom. She was such a cheerful and exceptionally happy person when we used to talk to each other when I worked in Lakewood. I always enjoyed her (and your dad's) visits. She will be missed.
