Obituary of Avonne Lee Howard

Avonne L. Howard (Arnold) sadly passed away January 5th, 2024. She was born August 14th, 1940, in Tacoma, WA.  She is survived by her husband, Dean of 66.5 years, children Terry Howard, Cheryl Means (Phil), Dale Howard, and Susan Pascua. Grandchildren Angela Nelson (Bud), Carl Howard (Morgan), and Ashley Howard. Great grandchildren Mackenzie, Isabella, Bentley, Camden, Violet, and Dean. 

Avonne lived a beautiful life in Milton, WA surrounded by family and friends nearby, retiring from Boeing in the early 90s alongside husband, Dean. They spent their time traveling throughout the United States, abroad, and camping with family and friends. They snow birded at their 2nd home in Yuma, AZ for many years. She enjoyed cooking for the ones she loved and entertaining at her home. She had a way of making you feel safe and loved. Spending time with her grandchildren and great children brought her much joy.

She lived a life most could only ever dream of and for that we know she is resting peacefully. May she stay forever in our hearts.
