Obituary of Isabel Jones

Isabel (Bette) Jones, 94, of Stratford, CT passed away quietly on October 20th, 2023 in Gug Harbor, WA. 

 

Isabel is survived by daughter, Kathy Hamlett (Landon Asakawa) of Port Orchard, WA, daughter-in-law Nancy Jones of Ransomville, NY, sister Loretta (Walter) Moline of Rumsford,CT and many grandchildren, 

nieces and nephews. 

 

She was preceded in death by her parents John and Mary Silva of Providence RI, husband Kenneth A. Jones of Stratford, CT, and son Robert R. Jones of Ransomville, NY. Brothers Lawrence and John Jr. (Margaret) Silva and sister Virginia (Arthur) Dyer all of Providence, RI. 

 

Isabel was a member of the Lordship Community Church in Lordship, CT and sang in the choir as well as the Harmonettes and Sister Cities of Stratford, CT. 

 

She enjoyed feeding and watching her birds and loved her many plants as she had a very green thumb.
