Obituary of Eileen Suzanne Reiter

Eileen passed away on March 19th, 2022 in Puyallup Washington with her two sons by her side.

Eileen was born in Bremerton Washington on August 3rd, 1943 to Bud and Marie Reiter. She lived her life in the Spanaway and Graham area. She was a graduate of Bethel High School and worked as a florist and a bookkeeper for many years.

Eileen had a stroke 15 years ago and became paralyzed on her left side. Her handicap never stopped her from doing anything except driving and tying her shoes. She was a lady of many talents. Eileen loved to decorate for the holidays and with just her one good hand she could make a Christmas tree look perfect and made sure to have one decorated for every holiday and season.

One of her many talents was sewing. Eileen could sew anything to perfection and loved to sew clothing for her great grand-daughters. She could fold laundry better with one hand than most people can with two working hands. She loved reading, baking, trying new recipes and working outside with her flowers. Eileen always looked forward to her trips to the casino with her sister Leota and they always had a good time.

Eileen was preceded in death by her parents Bud and Marie Reiter, Daughter and son in law Tamara and Tom Kresse, and brother-in-law Gene Lewis. She is survived by her sons Tab (Robynne) of Yelm and Todd (Joy) of Kapowsin, two grandchildren Mackenzie McFadden, Heavenly (Snowy) Drexler, three great granddaughters Haven, Aurora and Arista Drexler, sister Leota Lewis and niece Jeannie Lewis.

She will be greatly missed by all. Celebration of life will follow at a later date
