Dearest Grandma Connie,
You were a bright loving light in my life. I am grateful to have been able to be your granddaughter. I will always remember being with you and visiting your home when I was young. I used to enjoy sitting with you, sharing crafts and French toast!
We've always shared a special connection, I resemble you, interested in some of the same topics, and happy to just be at home with a hot cup of coffee! You would call me on sunny days, we'd both giggle at how energized and lifted we felt. I am going to miss your love, your voice, your care and true interest you showed toward my life and current happenings.
Thank you for loving me, my four children and husband. Thank you for staying a constant in my life. It is going to be so strange not having you to chitchat and connect with.
You sure were beautiful, your youth and adulthood, truly lovely. I miss you already, I know we will always stay kindred spirits.
Your truly,
Taylor
