Obituary of Brenda Joy Mulligan

Brenda Joy Mulligan passed away peacefully on 6/22/2021. She was born in Dover Delaware to proud parents Helen and Charles Mulligan. She was preceded in Death by her Mother Helen and is Survived by her Father Charles and Brothers Robert and Jon. She was a free spirit growing up and remained so all her life. She will be interred as a beautiful Tree and flowering shrub in a park setting so that her spirit will continue to grow and provide joy for others. Brenda Joy Mulligan will be missed.
