Obituary of Corbin Woodward Jr.

Corbin Woodward Jr. was a son of the south.  He hailed from Chattanooga, Tennessee. His father, Corbin Woodward Sr. was a long time resident of Chattanooga, but passed away when Corbin was 11 years old. His mother, Mary Ivy Kelly Woodward was the bell of Chattanooga and would not rest until Corbin was admitted to the prestigious prep school McCaulley and then to the Annapolis Naval Academy. 

Corbin was an incredibly patient man with fine southern manners. He was thoughtful and exuded intelligence.  He was well read and informed. Talking to Corbin was always pleasant and educational. Tennis and ping pong was never played better than when Corbin was on the court. He was a devout man leading the life of a Christian man. He was a living example to everyone on how to life a good life. Everyone like Corbin.
