Obituary of Alicia Nicole Gillihan

Alicia Nicole Gillihan was born in Seattle, Washington, on May 30^th 1991 to her parents Thomas Gillihan and Renee Gillihan. She was the youngest of three siblings, having two older brothers. Travis, and Sean.  She was surrounded her whole life by a very loving and caring family who took care of her. She lived in Enumclaw, Washington with her parents for the first year of her life before moving in with her grandparents. Her grandmother Darleen and grandfather Dennis took her and cared for her till her passing on August 29^th 2019. Although Alicia never spoke a word, her smile would brighten even the darkest of days. She was an angel given to us from the lord and taken far too soon. She will be greatly missed and always loved.

“People ask, why does God take people so young? When you are picking flowers, which one do you pick? You don’t ever pick bad flowers, you always pick the most beautiful ones”.

She is survived by her Grandparents Dennis and Darleen Durkee and Rosemary  Gillihan. Her parents Thomas Edward Gillihan, and her mother Renee Coleen Durkee. Her brothers Travis Anthony Gillihan, and Sean Thomas Gillihan. And many more aunts and uncles and cousins

Her services will be held on September 12^th at 2 p.m. at Edwards Memorial. 11020 South Tacoma Way,Lakewood,Washington 98499. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Childrens Therapy Unit in Puyallup, Washington on Alicia’s behalf.
