Obituary of Patricia Ann Conrad

Patricia was born Feb. 19th, 1955 in Tacoma, WA and passed away May 3rd, 2012 at her home. She is survived by her devoted cat, Lucky; daughter Amy Conrad-Smith and husband Bruce; mother, Shirley Conrad; brother Mark and wife Ruth; and numerous extended family members and friends. All are invited to join the family in celebration of her life on Saturday May 19th at 2:00PM at Lakeview Chapel (4606 108th St Sw, Lakewood, WA 98499).
