Obituary of Sharon Lee Hanson

Our beloved Mom took her last breath at 11:12PM on August 28, 2010. She put up a valiant fight against the lung cancer that ultimately claimed her life. She never lost her precious humor and wit throughout the battle! She was surrounded by her daughters, most of her grandchildren, one great grandson and close family friends. Mom left us quickly, painlessly and peacefully to run into the arms of Jesus. Praise God! She is survived by her 5 daughters: Michelle Hanson, Tracy Hanson, Teresa Hanson, Monique Hanson and Tamara LaFountain, 9 grandchildren, and 5 (soon to be 6) great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Oscar Charles Joseph Gratton, her mother Dorothy Marie Rost Gratton and her beloved sister Patricia Gratton Friede. A Celebration of Life, Officiated by her close friends Bill and Diana Baldwin, will be held Thursday 9/2 at 3PM at Lakeview Chapel, 4606 108th St SW, Lakewood, WA 98499 (reception to follow).
