I want to offer my deepest sympathy to Libya and her family. I used to work with both Kate and Libya through Express services. She was an awesome lady.

Glen, Libby & Rachel, The world ia a little sadder without your Mom....She will be so missed. From the 1st time I met my Birthday 'twin' I knew she was special. The neighborhood has missed you all since the day she and Glen moved. The world may be sadder, but I am sure the Heavens are ringing with Joy to welcome such a good and pure soul into it's midsts. If there is anything I can do...Please let me know. Glen, you always have a place to come for some friends or a home cooked meal ANY Time you need it.

Glenn, I am so sorry to hear about Kathy. She was such a wonderful person. I was always so comfortable being with her and you. She just had this way of making you feel special. I am so glad we got to see her awhile back. She was so beautiful to me. I think she must be up with my mom, singing with the angels.

My heart, thoughts, and prayers go out to Kathy's family - She was a friend from school and I always thought of her as the 'Earth Mother' before that term became popular. She lived what she believed.

My kids always referred to you as their 'Gram'. You always made them feel special and they will always remember that. I will miss the hugs and kisses that you give whenever we would see you. The love that you have given this family will never be forgotten. We love you! Dan, Katrina, Peyton, and Preston

I go way back with Kathy (Kate) to the days of South Kitsap in the late 60s. We shared music together and she was a special and close friend who was always there & willing to listen. I can say without question she was my high school soul mate. I lost contact with her for many years until our 69 South Kitsap reunion last summer. It was so great to see her usual and unchanged positive spirit. I will cherish our time together in our youth and brief reconnection last year. She was a shinning light and a beautiful person. Music for me will forever miss some notes with her passing. Sing on Kate. We hear you.

We met Kathy and Glenn in the late 70's, I was having a very hard time getting use to this new area, we met at a company party, Kathy and I started talking about our love of the same music, books and our family's. From then on I always knew if we had a company affair, which I always hated to attend, if Kathy and Glenn were there all would be well. She made me feel comfortable with her words of insight and wisdom. It did not matter how long we had not seen or talked we never missed a step in catching up on familys or friendship. In March we when we were both getting a MIR. After we returned to our home where Kathy was in such pain it hurt me to see her that way. We spoke again of how we both were doing. But never long enough. It hurts my heart to have her gone and to know the pain Glenn you and your family are feeling. Rest my Dear Kathy you will always be with me but know the hole I feel deep inside will not soon pass. Nor will the tears dry from my face. Glenn and family we hurt for you so, there are no words to express just how much. Our prayers to all the family we are so sorry for your great loss. You have our deepest sympathy and our love as well. Susan and Jerry

My heartfelt sympathy in the loss of your wife, mother, grandmother, sister. I am blessed to have had the opportunity to know her, if only for a short time in our youth. She had a beautiful soul and I will always hold her memory dear to my heart.

I met Kathy at Marcus Whitman JR High and knew from the first time I hung out with her, that she was true to herself, unique in fashion style, a gentle soul and a music buff. I was saddened to hear of her passing and want to extend my sincere sympathy to her family. She will live on in our memories and I feel honored to have been a part of her life in the 1960s.
