Obituary of Rachel Marcella Nelson

Born 7/14/1918 in Dunn Center, ND and passed away 1/16/2009 surrounded by her loving family in Edgewood, WA. Rachel was a very kind and giving person who was very committed to her faith in Christ, family and community. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her. Rachel is survived by her 3 sons, Spencer (Janice) Nelson, Douglas (Sharon) Nelson, Stan (Karen) Barker; daughter, Patricia Nelson; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, January 22, 2009 at Jovita Baptist Church, 1120 114th Ave. E., Edgewood, WA 98372. Viewing will be 10 to 11 prior to the service. Interment will follow services at Woodbine Cemetery in Puyallup, WA. Arrangements by Edwards Memorial Center 253-566-1008.
