My Dad was the most kind and patient Dad a girl could ask for. He loved my so much and would do almost anything for me. He sacrificed just so that me and my brother could have a better life than he had. He was a wonderful husband and loved my mother tremendously. He will be missed, but we all know that he is in a better place where he no longer suffers for his next breath. I love you Daddy and you will always be with me!

Don was a masterful hunter who always seemed to know where the game was. He was also a skilled fisherman. He taught me how to hunt and how to walk through the woods without making a noise. Don didn't mind sharing many of his hunting stories around the camp fire. Don also loved to compete at the Archery shoots and was skilled with a bow. Until his illness prevented him form shooting his bow he loved to hunt with his different bows. Don was also a loving brother to my mother, Lois (Fern Louise Dunn). They were close throughout the years until her passing. In the early years when I was a child I looked up to him as a role model. I have always respected him and his advice. If I ever wanted to know anything about a rifle or a pistol he was a wealth of knowledge and was always willing to share his knowledge with me. I will miss Don at the camp fires in the years to come. I will miss his passion for hunting. However I know his spirit will always walk the mountains where he hunted. I know that when I hunt Woods Creek and the surrounding hills, from this day forward, his spirit will be with me. And when I go fishing, from fishing bridge, I know that his spirit will be there looking down. As long as I live Don will never be forgotten.

Diane, Denise, and Don~ I am so sorry for your loss. Don was a great person and I enjoyed being able to see him and you for the past 13 months. I miss him dearly and will have wonderful memories of his smile, his unique sense of humor and his strength. You all took great care of him and although I am sure it was difficult at times to let him do things his way, you were able to honor him by allowing him control of his care. Thank you for allowing Rena and I to become part of your family. I know we will see you soon and please know that I am here for you if you need support. ~Lisa
