Obituary of Rose Lee Hilts

Born March 6, 1950 in Seattle, WA to Carrie Hilts-Johnson and Cleveland Hilts SR. She went home to the Lord on August 2, 2010. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother and spending time with her children, grand children, family, and friends. she loved Jesus and lived a true Christian life by example. She touched people with her compassion and kindness wherever she went. She enjoyed fishing, camping,video games, puzzles, watching movies, and shopping with loved ones. Rose will live on in the hearts and memory of her family and friends. Rose is survived by her two sons David (Heather) of Puallup, WA and Tony (Megdalena) of Yakima, WA, three adopted children Sabrina Pigott of Seattle, WA, Terrence Pigott of Seattle WA, and D' Anthony Pigott of Seattle, WA, six grandchildren David Hilts, Christopher Hilts, Tre Anthony Hilts, Tony Hilts Jr. Taryn Hilts, and Tahja Hilts, brothers Cleveland Hilts Sr., Donald Hilts, Paul Johnson, Lenord Johnson, and Kenneth Johnson, sisters Carolyn Daniels, Kathy Hilts, and Diana Johnson, and a host of neices and nephews. Little we knew that day, God was going to call your name, in life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone. Part of us went with you, the day God called you home, you left us beautiful memories your love is still our guide. Although we can not see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same. But as God calls us one by one the chain will link again. we love you mom, grandma and sister.
