Born April 28, 1979 in Chicago, Illinois to Raymond and La Verne (Hubbard) Lemons West and passed away January 9, 2011 in University Place, Washington.
Funeral service to be held 11AM Thursday, January 13, 2011 at Lakeview Chapel, 4606 108th St. SW, Lakewood, WA 98499. Viewing 1 hour before service. Interment to follow at Forest Home Cemetery in Forest Park, Illinois.
