Obituary of Cheryl Kay Williams

Cheryl Kay Williams was ushered into the arms of Jesus on April 23, 2012 after a courageous battle with lung cancer. She is preceded in death by her loving mother, Lillian L. Steele, father, James E. Steele, and brother, James M. Steele. Cheryl loved her home, yard, and her faithful pets and companions, Lilly Mae and Bailey Boop. They were her children! Cheryl was employed by Regence as a senior medical claims analyst for 12 years. For fun she enjoyed craft nights with her close girlfriends and had many good times and lots of laughs. Her specialty was making greeting cards which brought much joy to to many who knew her. Cheryl's creativity and sense of humor will be missed but she will hold a special place in all of our hearts forever. Cheryl is survived by her twin sisters, Patti Sumich (Nick) and Penny Morrow; nieces, Kelli Whittaker (Matt) and Kim Churchill (Chip); nephews Ron and Bryan Curtis, Eron Morrow (Amanda); and six great-nieces and nephews. A celebration of her life will be held at Trinity Church, 4041 Tacoma Mall Blvd.,Tacoma, WA 98409 on Friday, May 18 at 11 am.
