Her four beautiful children, Emma Rae Simon (8), Ava Sierra Noel Simon (6), Riya Mary Owings (2), and Preston Lee Owings (1). Growing up, Sabrina’s favorite time was family time. She loved to go camping with the family We all would pack up and head to Sequi ( Mom, Dad, Nana, Papa, Grandma, Grandpa, Aunts, Uncles and her Cousins) She loved the beach, cooking hotdogs and smores over the open fire. Most of all she just loved hanging out with her cousins. The laughter of those kids will be heard in our hearts forever. Sabrina will always be remembered for being a wonderful Mom to her beautiful babies. They were her life. She would have what she called family fun nights at least once a week at home with her kids. It could be movie and popcorn night, baking and decorating cookies or just playing games. Whatever they did, she made it special. All Mommy would have to say is FAMILY FUN NIGHT, by the jumping around and laughter, you thought she was holding the winning lottery ticket.
