Obituary of John Michael Vasco

John M. Vasco was born on July 30, 1968 on a military base in South Korea have passed away on July 2, 2010 in University Place, WA surrounded by his family from a long struggle with heart failure. John was a wonderful husband, loving father and a kind friend. He is a true a diamond in the rough. He will be missed so dearly. He was so kind, generous, funny, and just loved being with his family. He enjoyed whatever came his way. He loved playing his guitar for his son and his wife, singing together and composing music. He enjoyed the great outdoors and fishing and being part of God’s creation out in nature. And he loved cinema and collecting Japanese martial art movies and his horror flicks. He lived a very unique life with a lot of good times and bad, happy and sad. But those events shaped him to become such an amazing man, with great strength and a beautiful heart. We were all blessed by having John in our lives and now we can hold on to the memories we created with him in our hearts forever. Memorial service to be held 10 am, saturday, July 10, 2010 at Lakeview Chapel, 4606 108th st. Sw. Lakewood, wa.
