Obituary of Alan Roy Green

Alan Roy Green,"Moe" past away on April 21,2012 in Mckenna. Alan was born to Alvin and Alice Green in Puyuallp,Washington on August 20,1953. He is proceeded in death by his parents,and Brother Melvin. Alan is survived by his sister Debbie Sowels ,his brother Steve and Shelly Green ,brother Don and Jamie Green all from Roy,Washington. Also, by 3 nieces, 7 nephews, 2 great nieces and 1 great niece to arrive in June,11 great nephews,1 greatgreat niece, numerous Aunts,Uncle,Cousins and his beloved dog Tessa. Alan,lived in Roy his entire life. Alan,and his brother Steve owned Green Brothers Logging. They enjoyed owning and operating a business together,they did great work and had many returned customers. Alan,also enjoyed spending time with family and friends,especially visiting with his cousin Rick Green and his good friend Dan Jameson. Alan, Loved to take his nieces and nephews out on skitter rides and teach them how to operate one. Alan survived 9 lives, he was dignose with the evilness of cancer in 2009 fought the battle of throat cancer, was cancer free for a year and than the cancer came back a year later and he fought for a year to get cancer free once again but the cancer this time had came back to aggressavily. He was very greatful for his niece Kathy for all she had done for him by taking him to his doctors apointments and much more. He was very thankful and blessed to have her by his side through it all until the end.
