Obituary of Dorothy Geneice Bond

Dorothy passed away at home with her daughter Jacqueline by her side in Graham Washington on Saturday September 6 th at the age of 83. She was born in Thermomopios Wyoming and lived there till 1940 when her family moved to Washington State when she was 17 1/2 years of age. Where she married Leonard Carpenter Dewitt SR. and had four lovely children. Two sons and Two daughters - Robert Dewitt, Jacqueline Knecht, Rodney Dewitt and Suzanne Montgumery.Leonard past away november 9 th, 1963 leaving Dorothy to raise four children. Later on she meant Harvey H. Bond and they were married in 1964 and lived in Spanaway together till Harvey passed away in April 1998. In 2002 she went to live with her daughter Jacqueline in Graham Washington till she pasted away the earier this month. She is survived by her four children: Robert Dewitt ( Dorothy), Jacqueline Knecht ( Joe ), Rodney Dewitt ( Carolyn ) and Suzanne Montgumory. Sisters Billy Roedell, Patty Johnson and Betty Moore, Brother Charles A. Whisnant. She had 17 grandchildren 30 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren with one on the way. Celebration of her life will be held at Jacqueline and Joes home on September 21 ,2008 from 12 noon- 3 pm at 29606 56 th ave east Graham Washington 98338
