Obituary of Susan Kay Harmon

Susan Kay Harmon died at the age of 50. She lived in Centralia Washington with her daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. She died February 12th, 2011 at the St. Peters Hospital in Olympia Washington following an extended illness. Sue was born on May 11th 1960 in Walla Walla, Washington to Lloydina D Creek and James D Harmon. She was raised in, and spent most of her adult life in Walla Walla raising her daughter, Kaylene. She was able to spend the last two years of her life as a full-time grandma. Besides the love for her grandchildren she enjoyed beading. She taught numerous others her art and was considered by many an artist. She is survived by her daughter, Kaylene and grandchildren Ruby and Adric. Also by her brothers Dave and Don and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her daughter Ciara Ann Rayford Harmon and parents Lloydina Creek-Harmon and James Harmon. Services will be held at 1pm, Friday February 25th at Grace United Methodist Church. There will be a reception following hosted by the women of the church. Donations are being accepted for burial and reception costs and are greatly appreciated by the family.
