Sally's life was always filled with adventures. Anyone who spent time with her, could always count on interesting situations. Things just seemed to follow her around. Things that brought us to tears. Tears of laughter. Stoke would always roll his eyes and smirk when one of her adventures would come to completion. Well, Sally is on a new adventure and Stoke can once again roll his eyes and smirk. We'll miss you Sally. Mike and Brad, you're not alone in your loss.

We didn't know Sally until she moved from Enumclaw to Tacoma. We are sure glad she became our Day Island neighbor. We 'crammed' alot of fun into that short time...sharing projects, receipes, books, bargain hunting for antiques, street fairs and farmers markets, all connected by alot of laughter. Sorry you had to move on so soon. We miss you Sally.

To Brad, Lisa & Sierra, Our deepest sympathy and condolences on your loss. One of our fondest memory of Sally was a wonderful Easter Dinner at her new house. She was a very gracious hostess. Sally was a good friend to my mother, Katey, and helped her with many trials and tribulations of life. We will always remember her for that. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I wish to express my deepest sympathy to your family in the loss of your mother and grandmother. I was able to get to know other than at the bank, because my mom has leukemia and we would see Sally at Dr Klarinet's office. We had many talks and both my mom and I enjoyed Sally's wonderful attitude and spirit. She was a lovely person and I am sorry I did not realize she was at hospice house or I would have stopped and seen her. Again, my heartfelt sympathy to all of you. I am so sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Tami

It was such a privilege to care for Mrs. Stokke. Her tremendous love of life helped her conquer the miseries that afflicted her as a consequence of her disease. She was amazing! I hope your grief can be tempered as you remember how she lived her life. Best wishes!

I'll always remember Sally driving her Trans Am with the T-Tops out. I thought she was the coolest mom I'd ever seen. She had this great white smile that was always glad to see ya even if you were a little kid. It was cool living next to them because they always had horses in the field & being a teenage girl that was quite a view from my bedroom window. It didn't hurt to be so close to the jewelry store either-what a dream! I met them when at the age of 8 & Here it is, 30 years later, and I can still see her smile plain as day...Thanks Sally, Your smiles will be missed but never forgotten.

How very blessed I am to have had you for my friend, Sally. Your infectious laugh, endless courage, and sense of adventure will be with me always. When I look at my horse, a skipperke, Mt. Rainier, the Sound, an antique, a piece of jewery or unique painting I will think of you. I cherish my memories of horse shows, football games with you and Stoke, Mexican food, and laughing and loving life with you. I love you and miss you, Sally. I know you are happy, pain free, and where you should be, with Stoke and Tep. God bless you, Sally.
