Regina Trammell-Simmons

Obituary of Regina Kay Trammell-Simmons

The Lord has called his Angel home. Regina was the Beloved Mother to JayDee Trammell, Sister to Michael Trammell; Grandma to LaQuante, Auntie Kay to Sheree and Ciara Trammell, Great Auntie to Kaiden and God Mom to Cristanie and Cristian. Known as Mama Kay to several others and a sister to many more. Regina loved family gatherings. She loved to cook, listen to music and play slot-machines. She enjoyed lip syncing, fishing and dancing. She was looking forward to moving to Arizona to be with her son. She will be deeply missed by all. A celebration of Regina’s life will be held on Saturday April 7th from 2-5 pm (potluck) Longshoremen’s Hall 1710 Market Street Tacoma, WA 98402. Do not stand at my grave and weep I am not there; I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on snow, I am the sun on ripened grain, I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there; I did not die.
