In memorium of you Ed, my one and only brother..... Today we thought of you with love, as so many days we do. Reminisced of you yesterday and times before that too. We remember you in silence, and often speak your name. Now all we have is memories and your picture in a frame. We will always love you,and with your memory we'll never part. Now God has you in heaven and we'll always have you in our hearts.

I first met Ed in September of 1953. We were standing in line together registering for our first classes at the U of Ill at Navy Pier. Until he moved to Washington we were together 24/7. Ed got to now my friends and I got to know his. After Ed moved to Washington we lost touch, except for the holiday notes. I did see Ed in the 70's however when I was on the west coast for business. We finally hooked up last winter, after 35 years, in FL and I will cherish the memory of that visit.

I knew Ed through Corissa and Peter. Each time we met at family gatherings, I was surprised how much he remembered of our previous conversations and how kind his words were. He will be sorely missed, and that in itself is inspirational. I would be grateful to leave the legacy that he has left behind, and to have lived as he did. Although it was a sad ending, they all are, but somehow he seems to have won where many fail. I am very glad to have gotten to know him, and to hear his story today at the service, his boys did him proud. I appreciate knowing this story, and will not forget it. Thank you and God Bless.

Hey Pete 'tip', Just wanted to offer my condolences. Though I didn't personally know your Dad, (think I met him once or twice) I remember you always talking about him fondly so it was like I knew him. I let Eric know and he hadn't heard and also to let ya know I still think about you. Greg

Wish to offer my sympathies to Ed's family. Ed and I were comrades at Tacoma City Light starting in the 1970's after we left Boeing. I have many good memories of doing things with Ed. Am so sorry to hear of his passing.

Ed was a consummate professional in his work as well as about the nicest person you could ever hope to know or work with. I always appreciated running into him, especially in his retirement because he made it seem like life is just beginning when you retire, its not the end. His life was something special and we have all benefited from knowing him.

WHAT A SHOCK, IT HAS BEEN ABOUT A YEAR SINCE OUR LAST LUNCH AND TALK. FOR SO MANY YEARS, I COULD TELL IT WAS FRIDAY, BECAUSE THAT WAS WHEN ED AND I WOULD HAVE A CLAM CHOWDER LUNCH. AFTER WE BOTH RETIRED WE WOULD TAKE THE HOUR LUNCH TIME TO DISCUSS FAMILY AND THE TRIPS WE HAD TAKEN OR WERE ABOUT TO TAKE. LINDA AND I EXTEND OUR SYMPATHY TO TERESA AND FAMILY.
