Otis Gene James was born April 16, 1958 to Lucille and Chester James in East St. Louis, Illinois and passed away March 10, 2012 in Tacoma Wa. He is survived by his daughter Lakeshia Brim; Son In Law Melvin Brim; 4 grandchildren; 3 sisters Bessie Hairston, Ida Smith and Mary Price; 2 brothers Morris James and Sam Ross and numerous nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends. Memorial Service to be held Thursday March 29, 2012 @ 11am Faith Outreach Church 1201 S 43rd St, Tacoma WA 98418. Viewing held March 28, 2012 @ Edwards Memorial from 5pm-8pm.
