Obituary of Gordon Stanley Owen

Gordon was born February 24, 1934 in Seattle, Washington and died January 01, 2011 in University Place, Washington at the age of 77 with his wife and son by his side. He is survived by his wife Carlene, daughter Darlene, son Jeff, grandchildren Brayden, Hailee and Gavin, sister Maxine, niece Cynthia, nephew Keith and many extended family members. Gordy attended Ballard High School. After graduating he joined the Army and was stationed in Adak, Alaska. He later met his wife Carlene through a mutual friend. They married on March 14, 1969. Gordy enjoyed his trips to Reno with his wife and time spent with friends and family. He will be missed but, never forgotten. Gordon will be laid to rest at Tahoma National Cemeery in Kent, WA on Friday January 14, 2011 at 3p.m.
