Obituary of Dace Zitars

Born Sept. 21, 1959 in Tacoma, WA and passed away Jan. 9, 2009 in Tacoma, WA. Dace was a graduate of Curtis HS and the University of Puget Sound where she majored in Accounting. She worked for the Roman Meal Co., Buffelen Woodworking Co., and Covington Water District. Dace is survived by her mother Zelma; brother Sig, both of University Place; step-brother Vilnis (Dianne) Jecs of Vashon Island, and step-brother Lucky (Dawn) Jecs of Puyallup; aunt, Erna Likuma of Tacoma. Her father, Julijs Zitars, passed in 2006. Memorial service to be held 2:00 PM Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009 at Lakeview Chapel, 4606 108th St. SW, Lakewood, WA.
