Greg and I went through Army Helicopter Flight School together and went to Vietnam at the time. he to the 173rd Assult Helicopter Co. ( Robin Hoods) and me to the 170th Assult Helicopter Co.( Bikini's) We lost track of each other in Vietnam and I didn't see him again until he showed up at a VHPA reunion in Ft.Worth. We had a great time and he connected with guys he flew with in Nam as well as several old flight school buddies. I was very sorry to hear of Gregs Passing. Many of his army friends are just hearing of his passing and trying to make contact with his family.

Flight School Class mate of Craig's at Ft. Walters, Class 68-17 Flight B-1. Saw Craig take his first helicopter flight & saw him solo in an H-13, 1968. Finally reunited with Craig @ the Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Reunion in Ft. Worth, bought him a pair of Justin cowboy boots! Contacted several of our classmates of his passing. We apologize for contacting you at this late date as we recently learned through VHPA newsletter. Craig was a brother, he will be greatly missed. Regards, Rand

I miss you more with every day that passes. I don't understand this concept of it gets easier with time.

Craig will really be missed. I grew up with him and I will never forget the time he visited me in Kingsville, TX. The year was 1968. We spent time laughing and remembering our childhood. I thought that was so nice of Craig to come and visit me in Texas. My love and prayers to Leslie, Ashley and the grandchildren. Craig's cousin, Jana Pierce
