John was born 6/25/1956 in Tacoma, WA and passed away 4/6/2012 at his home in Tacoma. John had a lifelong passion for sports. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Orville Guthrie and Arlene Kitterman Guthrie; sister, Jeanne VanCleave; and brother, Joel Guthrie. Memorial Service to be held Mon 4/23 1PM at Lakeview Chapel, 4606 108th St SW, Lakewood, WA 98466. Arrangements by Edwards Memorial 253-566-1008.
