Dear Mom, I waited until today it's Mothers Day. I miss you so very much and the pain is so intense. You are my shining star, my strength, my mentor and always my mom. I keep listening for you to call my name, but I can't hear it! You may be gone in the flesh but spiritually I know where you are, but that doesn't stop the waiting to talk to you. Mom always know that I love you and cherish you, that will never change. There is not one momemt that my heart doesn't cry out for you. Mom, Happy Mothers Day. Give Jeannette and Oma and Opa a big kiss for me. I love you and will see you one day again....your daughter Belinda Lee.

Dearest Trudy! You've been far away yet always close when we talked on the phone. You liked to talk with us in your German dialect with which my husband always had a problem to understand but he loved to talk to you anyway. He just met you once in Tacoma, when Janet was still with us and he said you are a real HAGELOCH, he had no problem to recognize you. I remember our last conversation in January where you were still full of hope. I regret that you didn't make it home to Germany before you had to go and that I didn't have a chance to visit you in Tacoma. Now you are reunited with your daughter and though you are not among us any more you will always be in our hearts and thoughts. Dear Fred, Fred jr., Belinda & families, we know the loss you must feel and the emptiness but her memory will be with you and us. Please accept our deepest condolences.

Please accept our heartfelt sympathy in the loss of a very special lady. Although Aunt Trudy fought a long battle, she seemed to keep a positive attitude towards life. We have many wonderful memories of her that we will hold close to our hearts. With love and peace to all.

Dear Uncle Fred and Family, We want to extend our sympathy, there are no words that can take away the pain; but what we do have are great memories of Aunt Trudy. I especially will cherish my memories when she lived around the corner from my folks house in Alameda when I was growing up and had someone else to talk to about things you don't with your parents. We will forever love and keep her in our hearts. Love Sylvia & Robert

Dear Aunt Trudy , You have Always been My Favorite Aunt and always will be my favorite. I will try not to be sad but instead think of all the happy times I've spent with you when I was growing up in Alameda ,You always made me feel very special and you would always make anything I wanted to eat and that drove Baba crazy. There are so many good things to remember that it brings a smile on my face just to hear your name. I will miss our phone conversations that we always had and how you used to tell me you would kick my butt if I didn't treat Rose right! and now you both are together with Janet and Baba , I LOve You and will Miss You. Thanks for being a part of my life. I miss & love you very much. I wish to offer my condolences to the whole family as I know we all are missing a wonderful person who we all loved very much. I will always cherish the time we spent together, especially those walks to the beach at the bay when I was a kid. The time spent with you was very special to me. You helped me see things in a different light in a time of personal troubles and helped me to see a part of my heritage that I hadn't know until I meet you and Else. Thank you for that. God bless you.

Oma, I will miss you so much. You were always a place for me to go when I didn't really know which path to take. You helped steer me in the right direction. I will try to be the woman you always wanted and knew I would be. I hope that you know how much you meant to me. I will love you forever and will think about you always. Thank you for the great life lessons. I hope to be half the woman and wife you were. Thank you for my family. I love you Oma.

Gert, You were my favorite patient and a good friend. You and Fred. I admired the way you kept a current diary of your care of health. You always had a detail listing of every physician's care that was given to you. When you came for an appointment, all that was needed was to review your diary. I enjoyed your upbeat spirit and courageousness to live. I took care of you when you weren't suppose to come around twice.I was your nurse and you stated to me that you would make it, and you did,you were very strong.Fred, you were always there with Gertrud and I admire you as well.Fred thank you for bringing me fresh vegetables from your garden. God Bless both of you. Nurse and friend Joyce L. Shoals

I am so sorry for your loss. I don't remember meeting Trudy, but my Mom has told me so much about her and how much she loved her. I can also remember the number of cards that she sent to my Mom, and I am sorry that I was as good at that as she was. I know how each of you feel because I have been there. May God give all of you peace. Love, Maxine
