Obituary of Gerry Lynn Barrett

Gerry Lynn Barrett, 51, was born in Geneva, Illinois to William Earl & Hazel Marie Henry on September 15,1960. She went to be with the Lord peacefully at her home in Tacoma, Washington on Wednesday, February 15,2012 at 11:30PM surrounded by friends and family after fighting a long battle of Ovarian Cancer. She is survived by her loving Mother Hazel Henry, five Sister's Valerie, Bonita, Earleen, Linda and Glenda; Her loving husband Dean Barrett of 30 years their three Children (Daughter) Alicia & husband Mike Bouma their two Children Samuel and Ian; (Son) Ronald & wife Samantha Henry their four Children Tristan, Brain, Nicolas and Ikaika; (Son) Joshua & wife Shallice Barrett, also many other friends and family members across the country that will truly miss her kind loving nature. Gerry had a crafty vision that came naturally she enjoyed oil painting, gardening, bird watching, camping with the family, fishing and canoeing. She was truly blessed by God to have so many people in her life that cared. She would want everyone to know how much that meant to her! The one thing Gerry would want from others is to be patient loving and kind to one another and aways have a smile. May God Bless Her and all who loved her!
