Ricky Millius

Obituary of Ricky Nelden Millius

Ricky was born on August 23, 1960 in Price, Utah and passed away at his mother’s home in Eatonville, WA on March 22, 2012. He is survived by his mother, Fay Millius; sisters Kathy Crofts and Velina Crownhart; brothers Melvin Millius and Neal Millius; and long-time companion Mary Kanabek. Ricky was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and liked watching old TV shows. He was an excellent cook and at one time even considered applying to a culinary school. He spent most of his working years as a drywall professional for the construction industry and was very good at it and well-known. For the last few years he struggled with poor health and injuries, but still worked hard when the opportunity arrived. Ricky was a kind man who loved his family and would help you out when he could. He doted on Mary’s granddaughter, Dakota who we all know he loved very much. Ricky will surely be missed by his family and many friends. Although he is gone, he will always be in our hearts. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Glacier Park (corner of Ash St W and Fir Ave N) in Eatonville, WA. Arrangements by Edwards Memorial 253-566-1008.
