Obituary of Maybelle Josephine Stack

Maybelle passed away in her 100th year at her Puyallup residence. Maybelle was born in Browerville, MN to Josephine Holler Bury and Anthony Bury. Maybelle was the oldest of 10 children and is survived by Cyrilla Parr and Helen Hicks . She started her life as a married woman on a ranch with her beloved Harold (deceased). They had 4 sons , Dennis Harold, Jon Roger, Thomas Gerald (deceased) and Neil David and lived on the ranch for a good portion of their teen age life. When Harold joined the Army Corp of Engineers they gave up the ranch life and moved to Great Falls. Maybelle continued to live in Great Falls after Harold passed and raised young Neil to adulthood. She took in borders and worked for the Sisters and the local Catholic Hospital. Maybelle loved her volunteer work and continued to do so once she moved to Mount Lake Terrace, WA in 1974 at the St Pius Catholic Church. At her passing Maybelle was grandmother to 13, great grandmother to 15 and great great grandmother to 3. Though Maybelle was robbed of her current memories by Dementia she was left with the wonderful memories of her husband, children and siblings to last those final years. She will be missed by those who loved her but she has gone onto better things with Harold. Maybelle will be cremated and a memorial service will be held in July in her beloved Montana before being buried next to Harold Stack in Choteau MT.
