Deborah was born August 19, 1959 in Pasco, Washington to Lee and Clara (Clack) Phillips . She passed away December 27, 2011 in Tacoma, Washington. She is survived by her husband - Isaiah; daughter - Jamela D Phillips; 2 sons - Bobby E Walston, Richard Bentley; 2 sisters - Margarette Washington, Lisa Phillips; 3 brothers - Carl Phillips, Wallace Phillips, Decarlos Phillips; and numerous extended family members and friends. Viewing to be held 5-8PM Tuesday, 1/3 at Edwards Memorial Center, 3005 Bridgeport Way W., University Place, WA 98466. Funeral Ceremony to be held 12:00 PM Wednesday 1/4/12 at Church For All Nations, 111 - 112th Street East, Tacoma, WA. Donations can be made to any Columbia Bank Branch in her name.
