Obituary of Lois Ellen Casey

Lois Casey passed away and went to our heavenly Father on June 13, 2009. She is survived by her loving husband, David and her daughter Elizabeth and son Martin. Lois was loved by so many. She was a beautiful woman, a loving wife and mother. She was funny and loved a good laugh all of the time. When she was younger, she loved mountain biking and fishing. One heck of a fisherwoman! She loved her family and loved her friends. Her surrogate, if you will, grandchildren were Avriel, Morgane and Joey. She loved them very much and their parents, Kim and Dave, who were like her own children. She enjoyed traveling and antique hunting with her daughter and the occasional fishing trip with Martin. Lois was giving and loving. She knitted mufflers and gave them to the poor at Christmas. Lois was ill for three years before her death, but her husband, David, was always there to care for her. They were very much in love and were married for 58 wonderful years. She always had time to hear about others and their hurts with a caring ear. She was greatly loved and will be missed by many.
