Connie Jo Parker
1958-2022

Connie Jo Parker, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend passed away unexpectedly on November 19, 2022. 
Connie was born in Tacoma WA on February 21, 1958. She was raised in Puyallup with her family and graduated from Puyallup High School. Connie worked for Metro Parks Tacoma for almost 30 years where she shared her love of gardening and landscaping. She started her career in the greenhouses, eventually switching to outdoor work within various parks all over Tacoma. She had the best-looking yard on the block! She could grow anything and loved to be outside. 
Connie’s pride and joy were her daughters, 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Connie was very fortunate to have such a happy retirement filled with love from her partner Mike. They loved to travel all over the place, which brought Connie such joy. Connie had the best smile!
Connie is survived by her mother Dorothy, sisters Ronda (David) and Donna, daughters Marlene and Andrea (Kal), 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
