Robert Sheldon

Obituary of Robert Sheldon

Robert (Bob) Sheldon 71, of Charlton Place Assisted Living in Tacoma, WA, passed away on April 30, 2022 after pneumonia caused sepsis in his blood.

Bob was born in October 1950 to Mary and Alan in Cleveland, Ohio. At the age of two his family moved to Florida where he stayed until his last wife died during her 3rd heart surgery. Bob would give you the shirt off his back – what a great guy. During his long career as a skilled finish carpenter, he loved building amazing staircases and was a project manager for several housing developments. He was involved as a deacon in his church until he left FL. His love for God has brought him into God's waiting arms, 6 weeks after he was diagnosed.

Since moving to Seattle to start his life over, he has made many friends and he is missed. Thanks for the remodels and fences you built for us – great work! He was very happy to have traveled out of the USA to the Dominican Republic with his first ever passport – before he suffered several strokes and had to stop working not long after this trip.

No other living close relatives are known and he was looking forward to joining his friends and family in Heaven. He loved the Mariners, being laid-back with the munchies, poker, and country and all music.

Three questions Bob: can you read the daily news again, do you get Blue Bloods TV shows up there and is 420 legal? Glad you are smiling again!
