Obituary of Richard Allan Billingsley

Richard “Rick” Allan Billingsley, born in Buffalo, NY on February 21, 1948, and long-term resident of Tacoma, WA passed away at the age of 73, on Tuesday, August 10, 2021. He was surrounded by his family and left us to join his parents, Eugene & Lois Billingsley, and sister, Jeannine. 

Rick loved his family, friends, bowling, attending and watching car shows and drag racing, pizza, and root beer floats.

Rick was a well-loved brother, uncle, and friend. He was a loving and caring man and will be missed by all who knew him. Rick is survived by his youngest brother, Timothy Billingsley, his best friends Terri Colon, Lynne Chase, George & Linda Rackleff, his nieces and nephews: Kevin and Elizabeth Willcox, Keith Willcox, Kimberly Nobles, Sammie, and Dylan Oliver, and Shane Billingsley and his great-nieces & nephews: Jordan & Kelsey Willcox, Jacob Willcox, Jenna Partee, Alyssa Willcox, Isaiah Willcox, Daizie, Kaylee, Thomas & Alyson Oliver.
