I always told grandma that she was the strongest woman that I knew, because of all the things that she lived through WWII, cancer, aneurisms, and the loss of her husband just being small examples. She was such a huge impact on my life especially over the last decade, and was one of the biggest advocates for me to be the best person that I could be. She was one of the largest advocates for me to go back to school. Even learning a bit about her past, although she did not talk about it often, helped me understand what made her the woman that she was. People that she only met a few times she made a big impact on them too, which shows how impactful of a person she was. It is true that great things come in small packages when meeting her. The world lost a wonderful, loving, and fiery person, but heaven gained all of that greatness. I will never forget all the time that I got to spend with you, the experiences that I had with you, and I will cherish all of those memories and moments. I was the lucky one to have known someone as great as you. Until the next time we meet grandma, I will love you forever ❤️
