Shannon Elisabeth Mendoza Goldsby, age 40, passed away on March 23, 2021.
She was born March 12, 1981 in Lakewood, WA.

She is survived by her husband Auggie Goldsby, her sons Greg (Tiffany) Jones, Eric Jones (Michaela), CJ Jones, Justin Goldsby, Bubba Goldsby, and daughter Ty, her Father, Charles Parsons, her mother, Donna Savage, her brother Cory (Melanie) Parsons. She is additionally survived by her eleven grandchildren.

Shan lived to serve and loved to cook!  Her hospitality was unmeasurable. Family and friends would gather around the tables and felt of the love she poured into everything she had to offer. She poured her heart into the community near and far. When her kids were in school, she was devoted to their extracurricular activities such as the Music Company. She built an empire consisting of parents and built strong lasting friendships throughout the years. She gave her all into the community and volunteered at numerous locations like Parkland Community Services, the Bethel School Power Pack Program, the Spanaway Fish Food Bank, Freedom House Bank, Real Life Food Bank, and Bash Food Bank. Her love to make a difference in the world surpassed our borders. She was also the lead administrator behind the popular Hawaii Quarantine Kapu Breakers Facebook page, which gained popularity and national attention. She's been quoted as saving hundreds of lives due to her dedication to the mission. Her footprint will always and forever be remembered across the world.

Shan may have lived in Spanaway, WA but her heart had the aloha spirit of Hawaii. Shan and Auggie loved Hawaii so much they visited frequently, building lifetime relationships with many people.
