Obituary of Bonnie Mae Gist

Bonnie Mae Gist

Beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Bonnie Mae was born May 15, 1938 in Memphis, Tennessee and passed away January 17, 2021 in Tacoma, Washington.

Bonnie was preceded by mother, Lillian Robinson; father, BW Marhsall; beloved husband Olen Gist; sister, Charlene Booker; brother, Willie (Billow) Marshall and daughter Charlene Gist.

Bonnie was a baptized Jehovah's Witness and she loved Jehovah, God and always enjoyed going to the Kingdom Hall and conventions. She believed in an earthly hope of the resurrection in paradise to greet loved ones.

She lived in Germany, Jamaica, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Washington State was her home. Traveling was one of her favorite past times, visiting many countries. Bonnie loved traveling to many states with her family in their motor home. She also enjoyed playing the piano and listening to classical music. She was very educated, a classy dresser, loved to shop, sing, sew, and go camping. She worked as a nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital, but was primarily a dedicated homemaker.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories:
