Mary Frances Aarrestad (nee: Davis)

Mary Frances Aarrestad (formerly Davis) was born on August 21, 1929 in Sedan, Kansas. She lived the early years of her life in St. Louis and other parts of Missouri and attended school in Kirkwood. She graduated high school in January of 1947 and attended Bible college at Sharon Schools in North Battleford, Saskatchewan in the fall of 1949. She married Asbjorn Aarrestad in 1963 and raised four children in Park Valley, Saskatchewan. In 1998, she and Asbjorn moved to Federal Way, Washington where they spent the next 22 years together. She loved to share and minister the word of God with anyone who would listen and never lost her faith in the Lord all throughout her life. For many years she and Asbjorn travelled much to support the work of the ministry and to share the message of the kingdom of God; as well they hosted many home meetings. Mary passed away at the age of 91 on December 3, 2020.

Mary will be remembered by her children Rachel (Jurgen) Schmutz, Joe (Denise) Aarrestad, Shirley Aarrestad, and Rosemary (John Foxall) Aarrestad, her grandchildren Karina (Jonathan) Becker, Felicia Schmutz, Brianna Aarrestad, Nicholus Aarrestad, Shannon (Ive) Mlinar, and Jordan (Danae) Foxall, and her great-grandchildren Louis Becker, Sophie Becker, Charlotte Becker, Eva Becker, Luka Mlinar, and Leo Mlinar.

Mary was predeceased by her parents Ora and Oda Davis, and her siblings Ora Buel (Alberta) Davis, Harold (Alene) Davis, Blanche Eloise (Fred) Fisher, George (Lillie) Davis, Ruth (Cecil) Hash, and Ralph Davis.
