Obituary of Plumeria Letutusa Emalina Hahn

PLUMERIA LETUTUSA EMALINA HAHN (Née SIOLO)

After a courageous second battle with neuro- endocrine cancer, our beloved Plumeria (affectionately referred to as “Pua”, “Tusa”, or “Ria” by those closest to her) passed from this world in the arms of her husband on September 19th, 2020 in Puyallup, WA. She was 22.

Pua was a highschool graduate who completed her education through Puyallup Digital Learning. After beating her first encounter with cancer, she had ambitions of starting a business with her husband and effecting positive changes in her community and family through principles founded on healthy, plant-based diet, naturopathic living, physical movement, and mindfulness practices.

Being highly creative, she was a talented dancer and singer, with her own unique flair and sought to use social media to spread her message of “Aloha”. She was possessed of a deep sense of spirituality and therefore was an active member of her church.

She is survived by her husband and 10-months old daughter.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass / Viewing on Monday, October 19th, 2020 beginning at 6:00 PM and concluding at 9:00 PM. Service will be held at South Tacoma Fellowship (Seventh Day Adventists), 230 South 94th Street, Tacoma, WA 98444. Due to COVID-19 Social Distancing Guidelines, viewing will be phased in groups of 50 at a time. Out-of-state guests will also be able to attend via Zoom
