Obituary of Daryl Chester Pitigliano

Daryl Chester Pitigliano was born in Prosser,Washington on March 16th, 1972. He was the second son of Donna (Bell) and Richard Ptitgliano, but within a few years became the youngest of 5 children in a blended family here in the Tacoma area.

Daryl had a huge heart and had love and compassion for nearly everyone he met. He even spent several years spending his free time in the company of his Grandma Belle watching movies and having lunch in her senior care home. His main passions were spreading the love and the word of the Lord, his wife and life love, Jennifer, and helping others; particularly those struggling with addiction and homelessness.

Daryl packed a great deal into his 48 years. From living on the beaches of Hawaii with little more than a backpack, to driving a semi all across the country  with his trusty chihuahua Jolie. He more recently became a glass artist almost entirely self taught. He always gave everything 110%.

He is survived by his wife of 7 years, Jennifer Ebert Pitigliano, his stepson Devonn Richie (Trenique), stepdaughter Saundra Richie (Dre Thompson), and their 4 grandchildren; Jada (8), Christopher (5), Paityn (2 1/2), and Ezequiel (9 months).

Daryl also leaves behind his parents Donna Bell Quackenbush, Paul Dennis (Denny) Quackenbush, and Richard Pitigliano as well as his brothers Dean Pitigliano (Deena), Todd Quackenbush (Tracey), Rodney Quackenbush and his sister Krysta Quackenbush Mathews.

There are many more who love and will miss Daryl including several nieces, nephews, friends, cousins and classmates..

Services for Daryl will be held exactly one year from the day of his passing, Thursday, June 24th, 2021 at a location yet to be determined.

Rest in peace, love
