Timothy W. Cook was born on April 6, 1956 and passed away May 28, 2020. He is survived by his daughters, Cassandra Cook Paxton and Nikki Cook; brothers, John and family and Charles Cook; sisters, Laura Ostrom and family and Harriet Brandt and family.
